Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Italian seasoning (or oregano, thyme, basil)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bell peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Optional: Brown chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
