  • 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 6 green onions, diced
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)

  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar

Instructions
