Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix and half a packet of Ranch seasoning
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes; season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400F for about 20 minutes.
  3. Cube the chicken breasts and coat them with olive oil, gravy mix, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Saut the chicken in a cast iron skillet with butter until browned.
  5. Combine cooked potatoes with the chicken in the skillet.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis; broil until cheese melts or cover on low heat until melted.
  7. Serve hot from the skillet.
