  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • tsp onion powder
  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • 8 slices turkey or beef bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and lightly oil an oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Cut pockets into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with bacon.
  5. Sear in the skillet over medium-high heat for 23 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake for 2025 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165F (74C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
