  • cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Cook quinoa or couscous according to package instructions; set aside.
  3. Grill the marinated steak over medium-high heat for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side until medium-rare.
  4. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
