  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 small onion (finely diced)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, bread crumbs, and seasonings; mix until blended.
  4. Incorporate shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet.
  6. For the glaze, mix ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, sweet chili sauce, and mustard; spread over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160F.
