  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons tequila (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water if using.

  3. Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
