  • 11-ounce bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cold butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs (and vanilla if desired) and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Gently mix in the white and milk chocolate chips.
  6. Roll the dough into approximately six-ounce balls and place them on a light-colored baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 9–11 minutes; allow to cool on the baking sheet for at least ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
