  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced yellow onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 ¼ cups gravy
  • 1 cup bread stuffing
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil the pasta shells in a large pot for 8-9 minutes until al dente; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped turkey, warmed mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread some gravy in the baking dish; fill each shell with the turkey mixture and place in the dish.
  5. Top with remaining stuffing and gravy; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
