  • medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)
  • 3 scallions, diced
  • 8 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Turkey Bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Chop broccoli florets and other vegetables; combine in a large bowl.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and optional sweetener until smooth.
