  • 3 tablespoons miso paste (white or red)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Optional: chili flakes for extra heat

Instructions

  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and slice them evenly.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saut minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
