  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 box (5 ounces) instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, and vanilla; mix in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
