  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides (8-10 minutes).
  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet, stir-frying for another 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Pour over the cooked vegetables and tofu.
  5. Cook for an additional minute until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the stir-fry.
  6. Serve immediately, drizzling with extra sauce if desired.
