  • 1 cup fresh parsley, packed
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined but slightly chunky.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry and season them with salt and pepper.
