  • 1 pre-made deep-dish pie crust (9 inches)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted chocolate chips, and half of the toasted coconut.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and top with remaining toasted coconut.
