  • 1 cup warm whole milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes). Add softened butter, flour, and salt; mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (around 1 hour).
  3. For the filling, mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and sprinkles in another bowl.
  4. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle; spread the filling evenly on top. Roll tightly into a log and cut into equal pieces.
  5. Place cut rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before icing.
