  2. Wrap each strip around cannoli tubes in a spiral, overlapping slightly. Ensure no gaps.
  3. Place wrapped molds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before removing molds.
  4. While cooling, whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fill cooled pastry shells with whipped cream using a piping bag or spoon.
