  • cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C). Grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter. Add about a teaspoon of cream cheese on top and cover with more batter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
