  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 2 (11.2-ounce) bottles Guinness beer (or 3 cups water/broth)
  • 1 head green cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 2 pounds small potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 large carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Instant Pot by adding the onions, corned beef with seasoning packet, and Guinness beer or broth.

  3. Allow a natural pressure release for 20 minutes before carefully releasing any remaining steam.
