  • 14.1 ounces dark chocolate (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Spread kataifi on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle melted butter over it, and toss gently. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown, then let cool.
  2. In a food processor, blend white chocolate, pistachio butter, and salt until smooth. Adjust consistency with vegetable oil if desired.
