  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 4 packets instant hot cocoa mix
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Jet-Puffed marshmallow bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until fully blended into a thick dough.
  5. Gently fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart for spreading.
  7. Bake for about 9 minutes or until slightly underbaked for softness.
  8. Press extra chocolate chips and marshmallow bits on top while still warm.
