  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a medium deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and walnuts; boil for 2 minutes. Transfer to parchment paper to cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, condensed milk, and crushed red pepper flakes; set aside.
