  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat; add salmon cubes in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy; transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, saut minced garlic and grated ginger for one minute.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey; simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes).
  6. Return cooked salmon to the skillet; toss with the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
