  • cup Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 3.5 hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
