  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup half and half or whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, half and half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Poke holes in the bottom of each roll using a toothpick. Dip each roll into the custard mixture for about 30 seconds to soak.
