  • cup mayonnaise (for bang bang sauce)
  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 23 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil (or favorite cooking oil)
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • tsp onion powder
  • 12 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp honey
  • tsp black pepper
  • tsp sea salt (more or less to taste)
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • -1 Tbsp sriracha (more to kick up the spice)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Rice
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil and ground turkey. Cook until browned and internal temperature reaches 165F.
  3. Lower heat and mix in garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, and spices; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Thicken the mixture with cornstarch and stir well.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering cooked rice with turkey mixture and your choice of toppings; drizzle with bang bang sauce.
