  • 8 oz dry Fusilli Corti Bucati Pasta (or any preferred pasta shape)
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Pepper Paste)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • cup heavy cream
  • cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve cup of pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil. Saut minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in gochujang and mix well before adding heavy cream.
  4. Gradually add shredded cheese until melted and smooth; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
