  • 2 1/2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saut broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender; add ginger and garlic, cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
  2. Remove broccoli mixture and set aside. In the same pan, increase heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  3. Return broccoli to the pan; combine ingredients.
  4. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over the chicken mixture. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
