  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Place the artisan loaf on a cutting board and make deep crisscross cuts without slicing all the way through.
