  • 45 small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Wash and peel the potatoes; then cube them. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 20 minutes until crispy.
  3. While potatoes cook, season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook seasoned chicken until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. Add minced garlic and desired amount of Garlic Parmesan sauce to the skillet; stir to combine.
  6. Mix in the crispy potatoes from the air fryer until evenly coated with sauce.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese; cover until melted.
