  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • tsp smoked paprika
  • tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  2. Add cauliflower florets; saut for 56 minutes until golden.
