  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter for finishing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini: Boil salted water, add rotini, and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
