  • 1 peach or nectarine
  • 1 mango
  • 3 kiwis
  • 16 oz strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry jam
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peeled and diced peach, mango, kiwis, strawberries, lemon juice, and strawberry jam. Toss gently and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of tortillas.
  4. Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
