  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 4 cups softened vanilla ice cream (1 liter)
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Lightly oil ice pop molds for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine milk or cream, sugar, cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth; heat gently if necessary.
  3. Layer softened vanilla ice cream at the bottom of each mold, followed by fudge mixture and graham cracker crumbs. Repeat layers until filled.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  5. Carefully remove pops by running warm water over the molds if needed. Serve and enjoy!
