  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (177C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine oil, granulated sugar, eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract until well mixed. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Toss peach slices with sugar; layer half the batter in the pan followed by half the peaches; repeat.
  5. Bake for 5055 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
