  • 3 cups shredded Gruyere cheese

  • 1 can beef broth (14.5oz)
  • 1/3 cup sherry apple vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
