  • cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • cup red and blue sprinkles (or colors of choice)
  • cup M&Ms (or colors of choice)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the pudding mix, baking soda, and salt into the mixture.

  5. Chill scooped dough balls on a lined cookie sheet for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C). Place chilled dough balls on lined cookie sheets and bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let them cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
