  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup butter
  • teaspoon salt
  • ? cup Fireball whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, Fireball whiskey, and salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat without stirring until it reaches 246F (about 10-15 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  6. Allow to cool completely at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours.
  7. Cut into one-inch squares using a buttered knife and wrap individually in wax paper.
