  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Halve and seed the bell peppers; set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat and onions until browned.
