  • 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (separated)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (separated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, bacon, broccoli, spinach, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour in ranch dressing and mix until coated. Fold in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
