  • 2 large eggs (whisked)

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 12 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chill the cooked rice in the refrigerator to prevent clumping.
