  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 3/4 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (divided)
  • 60 vanilla wafers
  • 57 ripe bananas (sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the condensed milk until lump-free.
  2. In another bowl, combine the pudding mix and cold milk; whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  4. Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip to lighten the mixture.
  5. Layer vanilla wafers at the bottom of your dish, add banana slices, then spread some pudding mixture on top. Repeat layers until finished.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight for best flavor.
