  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
  5. Fill each cavity of the donut pan with batter using a piping bag or ziplock bag.
  6. Bake for 15–16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before releasing from the pan.
  7. Melt butter and coat each donut before rolling in cinnamon sugar.
