  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1-liter bottle club soda
  • Garnishes: strawberries, mint sprigs, lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare ice rings by freezing some strawberry lemonade in Bundt pans overnight.
  2. Make rhubarb simple syrup by simmering rhubarb, sugar, and water in a saucepan until soft; strain and chill.
