  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with two tablespoons of seafood mixture and roll them up seam-side down.
  4. Pour extra Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375F (190C) for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
