  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Place croissants on a baking sheet, cut side up, and warm for 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until scrambled and fluffy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice toasted croissants in half horizontally. Layer cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, and spinach on the bottom halves. Top with the other halves of the croissants.
