  • 15 oz pumpkin puree (canned)
  • 15 oz chili beans (canned)
  • 15 oz black beans (canned)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the ground turkey along with chopped onion until the turkey is crumbly and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the turkey and onions to a slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, chili beans, black beans, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and chili powder; stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours until thoroughly heated and flavors meld.
