  • 1 lbs chicken breast
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
  • teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 cups chicken broth
  • ? cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle spices on top.
  4. Cook on LOW for about 4 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix well.
  6. Stir in tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream until combined.
  7. Cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Add spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
  9. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
