  • 1 cup (90g) panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup (60g) all-purpose flour
  • cup (60ml) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30g) honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F (220C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, approximately one inch each.
  3. Set up your dredging station: place flour on one plate, beaten eggs in another bowl, and panko breadcrumbs on a third.
  4. Coat each salmon piece in flour, dip it into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce and honey in a small bowl for the dipping sauce.
  7. Serve the crispy salmon bites drizzled with the sauce.
