  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower head and trim the stem.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into two thick 'steaks' about 1 inch thick.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the seasoning mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
